30-Day Return Window & Condition Requirements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Outback Backpack purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear, damage, or use
- Items must be clean and free from odors
How to Start a Return & Return Shipping
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at outback.backpack1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at any carrier location

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damages, Defects, Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items
Damages or Manufacturing Defects:
If your backpack arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at outback.backpack1@gmail.com with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges:
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days. Simply contact us with your request, and we'll arrange the exchange with a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalized items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items without original tags or packaging
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period & Refund Timeline
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Simply contact us at outback.backpack1@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
